For parents and teens alike, adolescence poses many challenges:
braces and bulimia, attitude and alcohol, dating and drugs,
pimples and porn. No one said it would be easy, and in a culture
so full of potholes that can undermine a promising young life,
                    it's even tougher.
During adolescence, a teen's physical appearance changes
rapidly, self-esteem can bottom out and peer acceptance becomes
an obsession. To further complicate the process, this is the
crucial time for parents to start "letting go."
For those apprehensive about their growing teen, we've collected
some resources to help see you through the journey. |
